1. Scope of Work

All projects are created to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase or booking.
Additional changes or work outside the listed package will be quoted separately.

2. Copyright & Licensing

I retain copyright and moral rights for all artwork and animation I create.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final files for their own promotion, release, or event.
Exclusive rights are available for an additional fee.
You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork in templates or AI training.

3. Payment

Payment is required before production begins.
For larger commissions, payment can be split 50/50 between a deposit and final balance before delivery.
All prices are in AUD.
Payments are made through PayPal, which also accepts credit cards and Apple Pay.

4. Turnaround & Revisions

Typical timelines are listed on each product page.
Each package includes one or two light revision rounds as noted.
Further revisions or structural changes are charged as add-ons.

5. Delivery

Digital work is supplied via download link.
Hand-painted work is mailed using Australia Post.
Delivery times for postage depend on your location.

6. Rush Orders

Rush delivery is available on most digital projects for an additional 50%.
Availability must be confirmed before booking.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

All commissioned and digital work is non-refundable once started.
If a file is damaged or fails to download, I will resend it within 24 hours.
If a client cancels after production has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable.

8. Use of Work

I may show finished work in my portfolio or social media unless an exclusivity fee has been agreed to in writing.
Clients may not alter the artwork beyond basic resizing or cropping without permission.

9. Confidentiality

Client materials, concepts, and contact information are kept confidential and used only for the commissioned project.

10. Liability

I am not responsible for printing errors, colour variation, or delivery delays once final files have been approved.
All creative work is supplied “as is” for its intended purpose.

By commissioning or purchasing a project, you agree to these terms and conditions.
