How do I order a project?
Choose a service package and briefly describe your project in the Project Details box. If you’d like to discuss the project beforehand, please get in touch via the contact page.
What do I get when the work is finished?
Final files are delivered digitally, ready for print, social media, or streaming.
If it’s a hand-painted piece, you’ll also receive a high-resolution digital image, and the original will be mailed to you using Australia Post.

How long does it take?
Turnaround times vary by project and are listed on each product page.
Smaller jobs like logos and titles take about a week; full animations and hand-painted works can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on scope and scale.

How many revisions are included?
Each package includes one or two light revision rounds, depending on scope. Extra rounds are available as add-ons.
Do I own the artwork?
You receive a license to use the final work for your own promotion or release.
I keep the copyright and may show the work in my portfolio.

What if I need it fast?
Rush delivery is available on most digital projects for an additional 50%.

Do you work with existing artwork?
No. All artwork and animation are hand-drawn and created from scratch for each client.
I can integrate your existing logo and branding assets into new posters or event imagery.

Can you match a specific style or reference?
You can share references to guide tone or mood, but I don’t copy existing designs.

What formats do you deliver?
Artwork: SVG, PNG, JPG, and print-ready PDF.

Do you do merchandise or printing?
I don’t manage printing or production, but I can supply print-ready files sized to your specifications.
What’s your payment process?
Payment is required before production starts.
Larger jobs may be split 50/50 between deposit and final delivery.

Do you offer refunds?
Digital and commissioned work is non-refundable once started.

Can I commission something not listed?
Yes. If your project doesn’t fit one of the listed packages, send a short outline via the contact form and I’ll provide a quote based on scope.
